Product Designer (UI/UX)

Remote Full Time 3+ years

As a Product Designer at KadamTech, you will turn ambiguous, complex problems into clear, delightful, and usable products. You will work across the full design process: discovery and user research, information architecture, interaction design, and polished high-fidelity UI. Most of your work happens in Figma, where you will move from low-fidelity wireframes to interactive prototypes that the whole team can react to.

You will design for a range of clients and products: dashboards and admin tools, customer-facing web apps, marketing experiences, and the occasional mobile flow. Because we work in small squads, you will sit close to product and engineering rather than tossing designs over a wall. Expect to facilitate workshops, run usability sessions, present rationale to stakeholders, and iterate based on real feedback and analytics.

What makes this role exciting is the ownership and craft. You will not just decorate screens; you will shape product decisions, build and evolve design systems that scale across projects, and raise the quality bar for everything we ship. If you care about both the strategic "why" and the meticulous pixel-level "how", you will thrive here.

What you'll do

  • Lead UX research, including interviews, usability testing, and synthesising insights into actionable direction
  • Map user flows, information architecture, and wireframes for new and existing products
  • Design high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes in Figma
  • Build, document, and grow reusable design systems and component libraries
  • Partner closely with engineers to ensure faithful, high-quality implementation
  • Present and defend design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Validate designs post-launch using analytics and user feedback, then iterate

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of product design experience shipping digital products
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and polished visual UI work
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and auto layout
  • Hands-on experience creating or maintaining design systems
  • Solid grasp of UX research methods and usability principles
  • Comfort collaborating with developers and preparing clean handoffs
  • Nice to have: motion/prototyping skills, basic HTML/CSS literacy, or accessibility (WCAG) knowledge
